In this role, you will take ownership of our billing processes and play a key part in maintaining our financial health. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end invoicing and billing process with high accuracy. - Oversee collections management, proactively contacting clients regarding outstanding balances while maintaining positive relationships. - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. - Process incoming payments and perform daily cash application. - Generate regular AR reports and insights for the management team. - Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to resolve client billing inquiries. Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a closely related accounting role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Invoicing & Billing processes and Collections Management.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger functions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to collections.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working productively in a fully remote team environment.
- An Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
