Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive Female Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a freelance basis. Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level of SMA/K or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Website Administration and digital platform management.
- Exceptional Active Listening and Conflict Resolution skills for customer support.
- Familiarity with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles and execution.
- Experience using Data Visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to manage tasks in a remote freelance environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
