Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Attribution & Tracking Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our fully remote team on a full-time basis. In this career-focused role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our marketing data pipeline, ensuring accurate attribution, and implementing advanced tracking solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, test, and maintain tracking systems, including server-side tracking and Conversions API (CAPI) integrations. - Design and build comprehensive dashboards using Data Visualization & Reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Audit and troubleshoot tracking setups, resolving discrepancies across various ad platforms and analytics tools. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define tracking requirements and ensure data privacy compliance. - Stay updated on industry changes, such as cookie deprecation and privacy regulations, to proactively adapt our tracking strategies. Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, marketing tracking, or a similar technical role.
- Proven experience implementing and managing Conversions API (CAPI) and server-side tracking solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Data Visualization & Reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and advertising platform pixels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Solid grasp of attribution modeling, UTM parameters, and digital marketing funnels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug tracking issues using browser developer tools.
- Familiarity with basic JavaScript, HTML, or SQL is highly preferred but not required.
