Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our fully remote team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business opportunities. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports using industry-standard tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and availability. - Provide ongoing support and training to business users on BI tools and self-service analytics. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience working as a BI Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in Business Analysis, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with ETL Processes, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a fully remote team environment.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is preferred but not required.
