Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in commercial architectural design or project coordination.
- Demonstrated skills in Project Management, including tracking timelines and managing deliverables.
- Strong Client Relationship Management skills with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored for a fully remote working environment.
- Knowledge of commercial building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
- LEED accreditation or progress toward professional architectural licensure is preferred but not required.
