Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join our fully remote team. This full-time, career-focused role is ideal for an HR professional with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to deepen their expertise in total rewards. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular compensation analysis and market benchmarking to support talent retention and hiring. - Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of competitive incentive plans and bonus structures. - Manage and maintain compensation and benefits data within our HRIS, ensuring high data integrity and generating regular reports. - Support the annual salary review cycle, benefits renewal, and open enrollment processes. - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all operating regions. Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting compensation analysis, market pricing, and salary benchmarking.
- Familiarity with incentive plan design and the administration of variable pay programs.
- Hands-on experience utilizing HRIS platforms for data entry, management, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
