Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in customer development, sales, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and qualifying business leads.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work productively in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and modern sales outreach tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills to understand and address customer pain points.
