  1. Manage the Customer Success team to optimize existing clients and grow revenues in those accounts
  2. Take ownership of account management, support coordination, onboarding, and engagement
  3. Follow up with internal stakeholders on your clients' feedback to improve customer experience.
  4. Lead account planning processes that develop performance, revenue targets and critical milestones of client renewals
  5. Create and implement strategies to engage, retain and help clients
  6. Coordinate team reviews and provide 1-to-1's that improve each member's overall performance
  7. Manage recruitment and training of new team members

Kualifikasi

  1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable universities
  2. Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
  3. Must be an analytical thinker with keen problem-solving; process development, and improvement; as well as task planning
  4. Exposure to subscription and renewal-based business processes, upselling, or cross-selling, as well as deep knowledge of and experience in implementing Customer Success best practices
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire Account Managers and Merchant Engagement agents to drive company growth
  6. Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English (oral and written)
  7. Excellent presentation skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  8. Proven record of driving customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience in their past work.
