The Digital Content Associate is responsible for monitoring and optimizing the search engine results for all content published by the company. This includes web content as well as social media, email, and other digital channels.

The DCA works with Marketing on a daily basis to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO. In addition, the DCA is responsible for monitoring and responding to all customer feedback related to the company's products, services and online experience.
