The Digital Content Associate is responsible for monitoring and optimizing the search engine results for all content published by the company. This includes web content as well as social media, email, and other digital channels. The DCA works with Marketing on a daily basis to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO. In addition, the DCA is responsible for monitoring and responding to all customer feedback related to the company's products, services and online experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor web content for SEO issues and implement improvements as needed
- Monitor social media efforts for SEO issues and implement improvements as needed
- Monitor email efforts for SEO issues and implement improvements as needed
- Monitor customer feedback channels such as call centers, chat centers, forums, etc., for SEO issues and implement improvements as needed
- Work with Marketing to optimize web content (including articles) for SEO
- Work with Marketing to optimize social media efforts (including articles) for SEO - Work with Marketing
