Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level support to our leadership team. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will act as a trusted partner, managing critical administrative operations while balancing remote work and in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings and resolving conflicts proactively. - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense management. - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication. - Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. - Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring key deliverables and milestones are met across departments. - Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, board meetings, and team-building activities. - Prepare accurate meeting minutes, documentation, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite. Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Proven expertise in Calendar Management, Travel Coordination, and Expense Management.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Strong project coordination and event planning skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise high discretion in all professional interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing independent remote work with active in-office collaboration.
