Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Freelance HR Generalist with 1 to 3 years of experience to support our growing team on a hybrid basis. In this contract-based role, you will manage key HR functions, from talent acquisition to compliance, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly. This is a perfect opportunity for an independent HR professional looking for a flexible, impactful gig with a mix of remote and office-based collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (Talent Acquisition) to source, interview, and hire top talent. - Coordinate seamless Onboarding & Offboarding processes for all team members. - Administer monthly Payroll Processing and Benefits Administration with high accuracy. - Support Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management initiatives. - Ensure strict adherence to Labor Law Compliance and assist in HR Policy Development. - Maintain and update employee records through efficient HRIS Administration. Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources role.
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, and Employee Relations.
- Solid understanding of Labor Law Compliance, Payroll Processing, and Benefits Administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS Administration and modern HR software tools.
- Strong skills in Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, and HR Policy Development.
- Ability to work independently under a freelance agreement in a hybrid work setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
