Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in internal audit, risk management, or internal controls.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (such as COSO) and compliance standards.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaborative skills to work effectively with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently in a fully remote environment.
- Professional certifications (such as CIA, CPA, or CISA) are preferred but not required.
