Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (non-final year), preferably in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Identify as female, as this role is part of our initiative to empower women in tech leadership.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Agile Methodologies and the Scrum Framework.
- Proven ability or interest in Website Administration to oversee platform health and updates.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule while managing academic responsibilities remotely.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize product backlogs based on business value.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within student organizations or projects is highly preferred.
