As an L&D Specialist with 1-3 years of experience, you will collaborate with various teams to identify training needs, create engaging instructional materials, and deliver high-quality training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and e-learning modules. - Utilize content authoring tools to create interactive and engaging learning materials. - Facilitate and present dynamic training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs virtually. - Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers. - Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), tracking learner progress and feedback. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve content based on data. Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or corporate training role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Facilitation & Presentation, with the ability to engage and inspire remote audiences.
- Proficiency with Content Authoring Tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern e-learning standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
