Are you an experienced L&D professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our organizational growth by designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning experiences. Operating in a hybrid work environment, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home alongside collaborative in-office days. As a career-focused professional with over 5 years of experience, you will lead the end-to-end instructional design process, from conducting training needs analysis to evaluating program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to identify skills gaps and organizational needs. - Design and develop high-quality curriculum and e-learning content utilizing Adult Learning Theory and modern Content Authoring Tools. - Manage L&D projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually. - Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless learning experience. - Define and track Training Evaluation & Metrics to measure the business impact and ROI of learning initiatives. Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related role.
- Deep understanding of Adult Learning Theory, Instructional Design methodologies, and Curriculum Development.
- Proven experience in E-Learning Development using industry-standard Content Authoring Tools.
- Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Demonstrated Project Management skills with the ability to lead multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation skills, capable of engaging hybrid and remote audiences.
- Expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis and establishing robust Training Evaluation & Metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
