Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic, fully remote team. In this career-focused, full-time role, you will bridge the gap between product design and physical production. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and facilitating seamless collaboration across remote teams. A unique aspect of this role is the integration of corporate communications to effectively align global stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams on engineering standards and project updates. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and analyze manufacturing processes for efficiency and scalability. - Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and engineering change notices. - Utilize corporate communications strategies to present technical updates, project milestones, and process improvements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Identify production bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve cycle times. - Coordinate remotely with external manufacturing partners and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and product quality. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Corporate Communications, with the ability to write clear technical reports and present to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality control standards.
- Experience with CAD software (such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Strong self-management skills with a proven track record of delivering results in a fully remote work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.
