Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in baking and pastry arts within a high-end restaurant, bakery, or hotel.
- Proven expertise in cake decorating, chocolate tempering, and elegant plated dessert presentation.
- Strong capability in recipe development and menu planning to introduce fresh, seasonal concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the pastry department.
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or a related field is highly preferred.
