Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a dedicated People Experience role.
- Demonstrated strength in internal communication, with the ability to craft engaging messages for a remote workforce.
- Proven capability in conflict resolution, handling sensitive employee relations matters with empathy and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple people-centric projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience working productively in a fully remote or distributed team environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with modern HR information systems (HRIS), collaboration tools like Slack, and project management software.
