Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile environment.
- Proven expertise in Scrum Framework, Agile Methodologies, and Product Backlog Management.
- Strong experience in Requirements Gathering, User Story Creation, and Prioritization Techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in Stakeholder Management and Roadmap Development.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring product quality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
