Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers
  3. Promote the company's products and services through direct visits and digital channels
  4. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and promotional materials
  5. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and content
  7. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  8. Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports
  9. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service before and after sales
  10. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum diploma/bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication, or a related field (final year students may apply)
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Comfortable working with sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. Familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms is an advantage
  7. Willing to travel for client visits within the Yogyakarta area
  8. Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus
