Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Female Soft Skills Trainer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. In this career-focused role, you will design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs aimed at enhancing interpersonal capabilities, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills across our organization. As a remote trainer, you will leverage digital tools to facilitate engaging virtual workshops, helping our global team members unlock their full potential. Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar learning and development role.
- Exceptional presentation skills and public speaking abilities, with a proven track record of engaging virtual audiences.
- Strong foundation in curriculum development and instructional design principles for remote learning.
- High level of emotional intelligence, active listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation within a professional setting.
- Ability to manage conflict resolution and foster collaborative discussions during training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms (such as Zoom, MS Teams) and digital collaboration tools.
