Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies for your own project (primarily foundational and exploratory research) or for junior researchers' projects.
Innovate and explore research projects with a different implementation of research methods, when new methods are called for.
Do research on complex topics and provide a holistic view of our users
Connect and collaborate with UX designers, UX writers, product managers, data scientists and help them become more empathetic with our users
Synthesize and communicate research findings through presentations or reports to advise business or product decisions
Work in a team project with junior and/or senior researchers to work on a complex research topic
Empower other researchers with a better research approach for a project to ensure effective research is performed

Kualifikasi

(Minimum) bachelor degree in human behavior (psychology, sociology, anthropology) or computer science with a specialization in UX (or equivalent with demonstrable work experience)
Experienced in working with cross-function roles (UX designers, UX writers, product, data)
Experienced with the latest research tools: remote testing tools, CRM tools, repository tools, quantitative tools, etc.
Know a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods
Stakeholder & Project Management
Problem solving skills with analytical ability to prioritize abstract things
Have excellent storytelling ability and presentation skills
Ability in project planning and project management to work in a team project
